• Dust all surfaces and furniture ( if applicable)
• Vacuum carpet
• Sweep and mop floors

Kitchen:

• Wipe down countertops, faces of appliances, stovetop
• Clean inside and outside of microwave
• Clean sink and faucet
• Clean inside and outside of dishwasher and filter
• Sweep and mop floor

Bedrooms:

• Dust surfaces, baseboards, and window sills
• Vacuum carpet 
• Mop floors
• Empty trash

Bathrooms:

• Scrub the sink, tub, and toilet
• Wipe counters and mirrors
• Vacuum rugs  
• Sweep/mop the floor
• Empty trash
• Wipe down face of cabinets

Everything included in the basic cleaning plus:

• Spot clean door panels and frames
• Wipe down inside/outside and on top of cupboards and drawers
• Clean inside, outside, and behind the fridge
• Deep clean inside and outside and behind  oven and racks, and inside oven drawer
• Clean the stove top
• Wipe down baseboards and window sills
• Wipe down outside  and inside and behind washer and dryer and knobs
• Deep clean inside of shower/tub and fixtures
• Clean window tracks and sliding door tracks 
• Wipe on top of water heater
• Clean dishwasher filter, dryer filter, microwave filter (if it needs it) and dust vent covers
• Wipe down light switches and door knobs (if it needs it)
